The
Brummet's Writer's Bio
Dave
and Lillian Brummet have been free lance writing as a team
since 1999 and to date, they have 3 published books to their
credit. The main focus of their writing is to inspire hope
in individuals, helping them realize the value of their efforts
and encouraging them to become more positive, proactive in
life.
Their
Blog
offers positive innovations, events, tips and resources for
anyone interested in the world of writing or the health of
this planet. They also produce the Brummet's Monthly
newsletter to relay information about the upcoming guests
on their two radio shows, details of recent media the Brummets
have appeared in and inspiring quotes from individual heroes
that have graced this planet.
Some
of Dave's lyrics can be found on the CD "Place in Time"
recently released by the band Grooveyard. They also chose
one of Lillian's poems from her book "Towards Understanding"
to convert into the song titled "So Many Years".
Lillian's
award-winning poetry has appeared in several hardcover anthologies,
and continues to appear in magazines, newspapers and e-zines
throughout the UK, US and Canada.

Funds For Charity through Book Sales
If

the royalties from all book sales are donated to the Society
for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals, the Canadian Wildlife
Federation and Seeds of Diversity Canada.

- a guide for authors to develop a frugal and effective marketing
plan for every book they write, now avaliable in the 2nd editon,
fully revised.
Towards Understanding - a book of 120 of Lillian's
poems, written in chronological order in an effort to depict
the process of recovering life traumas and coming towards
understanding purpose and value of life
Current
Projects:
Over
the years Dave and Lillian strived to document the meals created
from their abundant organic gardens and also to provide a
way for their favorite family recipies to live on.They created
a cookbook for family and friends in electronic format. They
are currently mulling over the potential for the cookbook
to go to print.
Also
the Brummets are looking forward to the revised edition of
their popular writer's advice e-book "Purple Snowflake
Marketing" which is due to be released in print format
in February 2009.
In
the near future, they hope to complete a garden book that
was started by Lillian's mother, Joanne, over 30 years ago.
A voratious researcher and market gardener, Joanne accumulated
and documented a lifetime of hands-on gardening knowledge.
She passed that torch onto to Lillian and now she and Dave
are refining this information and increasing the content through
extensive research and experiences of their own. This manuscript
is currently in the draft stage.
Dave
and Lillian continue to write articles, lyrics and poetry
whenever, where ever possible.
