Read is 15 minutes in duration offering authors a chance
to read from their published work for up to 12 minutes.
There is nothing like hearing a story told the way the author
intended it to be read… straight from the author’s
lips is even better! Listeners are able to experience a
snipet of each featured author, poet or story teller to
determine if the writing appeals to them or to someone on
their gift-giving list. Authors Reads also offers familes
the opportuntiy to gather around together to experience
children's authors reading their books on the radio.

Note: We will no longer be accepting applications
or guest queries for the Authors Read radio program - There
will be no more new episodes airing as of July 31st due
to a change in the family that requires us to make more
time available.
It is with some sadness that we let this radio program go,
as it was such a wonderful experience supporting other authors
in this way. However all 226 of the previously
aired episodes of Authors Read will remain online indefinitely
for anyone to access at their convenience.
Our other endeavors including the newsletter, blogs, our
appearences in various media, and the Conscious
Discussions Radio show, etc. - will all continue as
usual. And as such we continue to welcome networking, promotional
exchanges and so on. *Also - Coming in Aug/Sept we will
have affiliate opportunities for our e-books for those of
you who are interested in this. Watch for announcements
in our newsletter and on the blog :)
Thank you, too, for all our writing-colleagues who have
supported us by purchasing one of our 3 books - helping
us keep our projects going as well. Dave and I greatly appreciate
the feedback from publicists and publishers who, through
this radio program, have seen the value of Purple Snowflake
Marketing and have begun to recommend it to others!

How do people listen to Authors
Read radio show?
A.
Listeners can access the ARCHIVED episodes at any time of
the day, anywhere in the world in a variety of ways. People
can use their computer to visit the website and choose to
play any episode that appeals to them from there. They can
click on the pause button (upper right of the website) if
they are looking to browse the site instead - or open a
new browser window to follow up on sites while listening
to the show. Listeners also have the option of choosing
to download any archived broadcast to computer, to CD, or
any mp3 player (ipod, iphone...) and they can subscribe
(itunes, etc).
Archived
broadcasts are listed according to the month in which they
aired. The list goes all the way back to June 2008 and you
can find the archives on the right side of the website,
underneath the links.
